Arrested for encroaching on forest in Pai River Basin, more than 21 rai

Officials arrested two villagers for encroaching on the forest in the Pai River Basin, Mae Hong Son Province, after finding that more than 21 rai of forest had been cleared and claimed to belong to another villager. While inspecting the area, it was found that it had never been encroached upon before. Officials sent it to the police for prosecution.
